Refund Policy

Scope

This policy applies to paid enrollments in DevCloud Masters courses and team packages confirmed by written invoice or enrollment agreement. The website does not process checkout payments.

Eligibility and timeframe

You may request a full refund within 7 days of payment if you have not accessed more than 15% of live sessions or downloadable studio kits. Requests made after that window are evaluated for partial refunds as described below.

Full refunds

Full refunds are available when: (a) we cancel a cohort and cannot offer a suitable transfer date; (b) you cancel within the 7-day window and usage remains below the threshold; or (c) a documented technical failure on our side prevented access and we cannot remediate within a reasonable period.

Partial refunds

If you withdraw after the 7-day window but before the midpoint of a live cohort, we may issue a partial refund of up to 40% of fees paid, less any non-refundable third-party costs disclosed on your invoice. After the midpoint, tuition is generally non-refundable except where Korean consumer law requires otherwise.

Non-refundable items

Custom on-site workshops already delivered, third-party platform fees expressly marked non-refundable, and completed private advisory hours are not refundable. Discounted promotional seats may carry shorter refund windows stated on the invoice.

Refund process

Email contact@devcloudmasters.digital with subject “Refund request,” your full name, invoice number, course name, and reason. We confirm receipt within two business days and issue a decision within 10 business days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method when possible within 14 business days after approval. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your institution. Currency conversion differences are outside our control.

Cancellations by DevCloud Masters

If we cancel or materially reschedule a cohort, you may transfer to a later date at no charge or receive a full refund of amounts paid for the cancelled seat.

Exceptions

We may consider exceptions for serious documented medical or family emergencies at our discretion. Mandatory rights under applicable Korean law are not limited by this policy.
